File filter/monitor that stops potentially harmfull apis from harming the system.
Example: IE exploits, bots, trojans, viruses, etc. You can run a stolen bot and sniff it with out being subject to the owners commands. Likewise, run iexplore.exe through NA for testing html exploits and spyware.
